Meet your instructor

Namaste, I’m Michelle! I’m dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey toward lasting inner balance, heightened self-awareness, and mental resilience, helping align mind, body, and spirit in every facet of life. I’m a 300 E-RYT and a 200RYT (yoga instructor), meditation and breathwork facilitator, and a certified holistic life coach. I’m also a Physical Education Teacher and Head Coach for Breck-Blake Swim & Dive.
